Purchases
Most purchases are completed in our showroom, online, or by phone. For online purchases of products that are not in stock, there is a 10-15-day wait while your product ships from the manufacturer before we can deliver the product to you. All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including our policy that opened or used mattresses are not returnable.
Delivery
Delivery is provided under our Shipping & Delivery Policy, including delivery fees, scheduling, and our pest-safety policy.
Warranties
Products carry manufacturer warranties as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Except as required by law, products are otherwise sold "as is."

Financing offered through Snap Finance is subject to approval and to Snap Finance's separate terms and conditions.
