Return & Refund Policy
At Van Winkle Mattress Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase before it leaves our showroom. To keep our prices fair and reduce waste, we do not offer comfort guarantees or accept returns on used or opened mattresses.
Mattresses
A mattress is a personal, sanitary product. Once it has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, and it is not eligible for a comfort trial. We strongly encourage you to test mattresses in our Ann Arbor showroom and ask our team any questions before you buy.
Defective products and warranties
All of our mattresses carry manufacturer warranties, with length varying by brand and model. If you believe your product is defective, contact us. We handle warranty claims ourselves, including picking up and exchanging defective products, so you do not have to deal with the manufacturer directly. Warranty coverage is subject to each manufacturer's terms and generally requires that the product be free of stains and damage and used with proper support.
Other merchandise
For accessories and other non-mattress items, please ask us about return eligibility before purchase, as terms can vary by product. Special orders and custom-size items are non-refundable.
Financing
If you purchased using Snap Finance, your financing is governed by Snap Finance's separate agreement. Contact us and we can help guide you.
